• Lying down support: This highly requested feature allows you to use your Quest 3 in a comfortable reclined position, making it ideal for watching VR movies or relaxing in social VR experiences.
• External microphone support (Quest 3 only): You can now connect a USB-C microphone to your Quest 3 for enhanced audio quality during communication or gameplay.
• Passthrough improvements: Meta polished the passthrough visuals, which allows you to see the real world through the headset. The update improves color, exposure, contrast, and dynamic range, making it easier to read text in the real world and use the headset in low-light environments.

There have also been some smaller updates focused on specific apps, like Cubism, which recently gained features utilizing Quest’s Space Setup and Spatial Anchors for a more integrated mixed reality experience.
